The configurator records your preferences and sends an enquiry; it does not place an order, accept payment or form a supply contract. Your written quotation and accepted order specify the product, price, inclusions and responsibilities.

A 40% supply-only deposit starts production after order acceptance. The production lead time is 6–8 weeks; transit time is additional. Third-party delivery is quoted separately, including access and unloading arrangements.

Foundations, installation, electrical work, fencing and approvals are separate unless expressly included in your accepted quote. Changes, cancellation arrangements and the balance payment milestone must be agreed in the written order before a deposit is paid.

Images identified as concepts illustrate possible settings and are not photographs of completed customer projects. Screen colours are indicative; use a physical colour sample where appearance is material to your decision.
