Account for rural and coastal access
For a rural block, describe the driveway surface, gate width, turning area and any soft sections that could change with wet weather. Send photographs from the road to the intended unloading point.
For a coastal or hillside property, mark slopes, stairs and retaining walls on the access sketch. Prepare drainage around the level foundation and keep the equipment in an accessible position.
Separate the delivery from the installation
The supply package does not automatically include foundations, electrical work, barriers or placement services. Freight is subject to quote, and any crane or other lifting arrangement must be agreed before dispatch.
Allow 6–8 weeks for production after order acceptance and the 40% supply-only deposit, plus the separately arranged transit time. We do not promise a regional freight price or delivery date until the carrier arrangement is confirmed.
