TRU BLU / Delivery planning

Pool delivery & access planning

Delivery is quoted separately through a third-party carrier. Give us the destination and site-access details so your quotation can reflect the actual freight and unloading arrangement.

What to send with your enquiry

Include your suburb, state and postcode, chosen pool diameter and height, photographs of the access route and the narrowest width and overhead height. Note tight turns, slopes, soft ground, overhead lines and whether a truck can stop close to the placement area.

A postcode alone does not tell us whether the shell can reach the prepared base. The carrier’s vehicle access and the pool’s path to its final position need to be considered separately.

Supply, freight and site work

Your configuration price covers the selected pool package and upgrades. Freight, lifting, unloading, foundations, barriers, approvals and installation responsibilities must be identified in the written quote. Do not assume a courier provides a crane or pool installation.

Production takes 6–8 weeks after order acceptance and a 40% supply-only deposit. Transit time is additional. Confirm the delivery date and unloading plan before booking other work around them.

Prepare before dispatch

Complete the foundation and any inspections required before it is covered. Clear the route, organise the agreed lifting method and have the responsible person available for handover.

Inspect the shell and packaging on arrival and photograph any visible damage. Position the empty shell on full, level support with its fittings oriented toward the equipment area.
