Tru Blu Pools is operated by KLZ Sales and Service Pty Ltd (ABN 42 662 111 337). Contact our privacy contact at contact@trublupools.com.au. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website and pool enquiries.

What we collect. We collect the contact details you submit, your installation suburb, state and postcode, pool configuration, access information and enquiry notes. Our hosting and email services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps and delivery status. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Why we collect it. We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, send your configuration summary, coordinate an accepted order and delivery, provide support, prevent misuse and meet recordkeeping obligations. Providing the required enquiry fields enables us to respond; you can instead contact us directly by email.

Who receives it. We use Vercel for website hosting and Brevo for transactional email. Relevant details may be shared with the delivery provider, installer, certifier or equipment supplier where necessary for your requested service or accepted order. We do not sell your personal information. Brevo publishes EU data-storage arrangements, including France and Germany. Vercel operates globally, including the United States, with our website functions configured in Sydney. Provider subprocessors and support arrangements may involve other overseas locations; contact us for the current arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

Marketing. Submitting a pool enquiry authorises contact about that enquiry; it does not subscribe you to promotional email. Any separate marketing subscription requires an explicit choice and includes an unsubscribe method.

Security and retention. We restrict access to people who need the information for their work and use service-provider security controls. We keep enquiry information while needed to respond and manage the relationship, and order, warranty and accounting records for applicable legal and business requirements. We take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify information no longer required. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Access and correction. Email contact@trublupools.com.au to request access, correct information or raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity before releasing records. We will explain any lawful reason we cannot fulfil a request and work with you to resolve concerns.

Complaints. Send details of your concern and preferred response method to our privacy contact. We aim to acknowledge complaints within seven business days and provide a substantive response within 30 days. If unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where its jurisdiction applies.

Website technologies and updates. We use the technical storage needed to deliver website functions and prevent abuse. This implementation does not add advertising tracking or a newsletter subscription. If our practices change, we will update this page and obtain consent where required. Effective 11 October 2026.
