Plan courtyard and side-access routes
Measure side gates, passages, overhead eaves and turns between the street and backyard. A shell that fits the final space may still need a different handling method to get there. Include a sketch showing the narrowest points.
Tell us about driveway gradients, street parking restrictions and whether the unloading vehicle can stop on your property. Book a lifting service only after its scope and responsibilities are agreed.
Separate the delivery from the installation
The supply package does not automatically include foundations, electrical work, barriers or placement services. Freight is subject to quote, and any crane or other lifting arrangement must be agreed before dispatch.
Allow 6–8 weeks for production after order acceptance and the 40% supply-only deposit, plus the separately arranged transit time. We do not promise a regional freight price or delivery date until the carrier arrangement is confirmed.
