From idea to backyard.

1. Choose Compact, Classic or Family, then select your height, colour preference and accessories.

2. Send your configuration and site details. Your written quote separates the pool package, upgrades and third-party delivery from site works and installation responsibilities.

3. Accept your order and pay the 40% supply-only deposit to start production. Allow 6–8 weeks for production, with transit scheduled separately.

4. Arrange the approval pathway, prepared foundation, unloading, connections, barriers and inspections. We can advise on CDC eligibility in NSW upon purchase.

5. Complete commissioning and handover, then enjoy your pool with regular water testing and care.
